Pier Street Spec House, Lakeside, MI

The design of this home had to accommodate multiple possible buyers. A first floor main bedroom allows for aging parents. Combined with the large 2nd floor suite, two separate families could own the house together. Not everything has to happen in the great room with a separate living room and an upstairs family room. Additional bedrooms can be used as a home office. The one story wing of the great room and screen porch allows for privacy from the neighbor while focusing the view toward an adjacent pond.
