This duplex’s exterior design did not reflect it’s prime location across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Teaming up with our clients’ neighbors, the new exterior design takes cues from the grand homes of the Jersey Shore. All materials were selected to withstand the ocean side weather conditions.
