Victory Ranch 1, Utah

The design of this home was all about the views and being connected to the exterior. Our clients wanted a classic western ranch with the interior feel of a boutique hotel. The home needed to accommodate a large multi-generational family and visiting friends . The massing of different volumes, mixture of materials (stone, cedar horizontal and board and batten siding, metal and wood shingle roofing) and multiple roof lines of the exterior helps to break down the overall scale/size of the home while emphasizing a ranch that may have been added to over the years.
