A boutique hotel for dogs, the exterior design of this new 3 story, 3,000 square foot masonry building takes cues from classically designed train stations that the Owner's have seen on their travels. The canine facility includes: boarding, daycare, health club and spa. Coordination with mechanical and acoustical engineers was to key to create a prototype system that would be applied to other facilities.
